Value Package

A package for couples that don't mind putting in some WORK! The Value Package requires extra effort and time during set up, tear down and clean up of all spaces used on OBR property. It's not recommended to do this package alone - we hope you have some backup! Please note that the downside of this package is that you'll more than likely have to end the party earlier, to allow for the tear down and clean up.
We also have to ensure that all guests and vendors are still able to vacate the property before the contracted end time.

Let's meet in the middle, shall we? The preferred package let's our highly hands on couples handle their own table and chair set up upon arrival. You have everything mapped out and know exactly where things are going and you'll feel so much better knowing you were part of the finished product - then you can head to The Lodge to start your hair and makeup! Now, you can definitely let loose because The Old Blue Rooster is ready to tackle the tear down and clean up at the end of the night. All bar services/DJ still must conclude one hour before your contracted time expires.

Dad refused to let you select a package where friends and family are doing any work! Let us introduce you to The Deluxe Package. This is a favorite of OBR couples! At our one-month detailed meeting, we will finalize all table sizes and ideal placement and you'll let us know exactly where you envision things. Don't worry, we'll give you some pointers and suggestions for what will be best with your specific desires. Upon arrival of your big day, your tables and chairs are set up and ready for you to start decorating! A little perk - if you rent our linens with this package, we'll have them on the tables for you too. At the end of your event, The Old Blue Rooster staff is ready to take care of tear down and clean up, too. Where's the easy button?

The Deluxe Package does NOT include decorating. We will put your linens on the tables if you elect to rent them from us. The Old Blue Rooster does not offer decorating services at this time.
A NOTE ABOUT THE DELUXE PACKAGE

A $750 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required to secure your date

We require a $1M event insurance policy with The Old Blue Rooster listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is $250. We've teamed up with a great partner who makes this so easy for you!

Our Non-Alcoholic beverage package is an add-on for $375. Please check out our Bar Services page to learn more about what is included in this package. (This is optional but most couples say yes to this package!)

We require table coverings for every event. To make this easy, our clients can choose to rent linens from us in a variety of colors. Floor length linens are $20 each, lap length linens are $15 each, and napkins are $1 each! Please go to our Linens Page for more detailed information! (Renting linens from us is also optional).
